Snowflake Cookies

It's finally winter in Southern California.
We woke up this morning and looked out over a valley of beautiful, puffy, white....
...fog.
No snow.  

So I made my own.

Not great for making snowmen or sledding.

Pretty darn good with my coffee though,
 while I'm staring out at that fog.

A frosty family...

"Hi there, could you help me?

"I've got three little snowballs running around,

 but I can't seem to find them anywhere..."

"Oh there you are!!!"

Christmas cookies...finally!

After a very busy week of baby showers and nursing school graduations....

the first batches of Christmas cookies are finished!!!
