Kristine! of course, sorry I didn't see this sooner!!! Its a simple bunny head turned upside-down!!!! The ears are the feet. I don't know who made the exact one I used, it was most likely part of a wilton holiday three pack. If you don't have a bunny head....I would use a medium size egg for the body and two mini eggs for the feet! the tail has crystalized sugar instead of regular sanding sugar.
