Take A Peek Tuesday! Cookie Cutter Giveaway!
The cookie cutters I use most often,
are kept in a drawer right where I roll and cut my cookie dough.
Notice anything?
Yup, all sets of basic geometric shapes.
(well...except for those weird twig shaped cutters.
Those are just there because I was being lazy and haven't put them away yet)
I recommend these sets all the time, they're so versatile!
The only downfall to these sets?
They can be a bit pricey...
So when I found them at Wal-Mart for only $2.88 each,
I did what any conscientious blogger would do....
I Instagrammed!
...and caused a bit of a swarm.
Not sure why, but apparently these have been hard to find.
A lot of friends asked where they can be found once you are in the store.
In my neighborhood, they were in the seasonal Easter baking aisle,
middle shelf under the Wilton Sprinkles.
I went back to buy some for my cookie friends that couldn't find them,
and ended up with an extra set of each.
Hmmmmm, what to do, what to do?
I know, I'll give them both to one of you!!!
Giveaway time!

Good Luck!
Oh my gosh!! We have the same "cookie cutter" junk drawer. Except yours looks super cute! Our wal mart doesnt get all the super cute stuff! Also, last time I left a message you said I am a no reply blogger. What does that mean? I tried to look on my google profile to change it but I couldnt find anything!
ReplyDelete'no-reply' means when I try to reply to your comment, I see 'no-reply' instead of an address and I can't email you back!
DeleteMarissa wrote a great post about how to change your settings!

Thank you so much Lizy! I am going to try to figure this out.
DeleteI loathe Walmart but pupped in to find the cookie cutters and didn't find them either. They had the set next to the ones you photographed.
ReplyDeleteoh Carrie....not my favorite place either, believe me. But....target doesn't carry my very favorite hazelnut chocolate atkins bars. So once a month I venture in...and leave with 12 bags of things I really don't need.
DeleteWhat an awesome giveaway!!!! Love those cookie cutters!!!
ReplyDeleteFUN! I'm addicted to cookie cutters. :)
ReplyDeleteHow cool that the cutters come in such fun colors!
ReplyDeleteI so hope I win. Ever since your IG pic I have been searching for these. It seems that the Texas Walmarts don't carry them. Houston is big so I have a lot more Walmarts to check.
ReplyDeleteI didn't want to trouble you with one more entry in your brilliant cookie cutter contest and thought...Why bother LizyB? I'll just do this on my own!" But sadly, after trips to 6 Walmart stores within 45 miles of my home, including one in the next state, I'm here to report that, like the others who posted, every store I visited had the cutters pictured to the right...but sadly, none of the ones you are so generously giving away. How I covet those large square scalloped cutters. For the $4/gallon price of gas, I should have just bought the expensive ones at Sur La Table....sigh. Good luck everybody!
ReplyDeletebut the ones at Sur La Table aren't plastic and brightly colored, are they?
Deletepartecipo ben volentieri!!!!
